UPDATE - March 27, 2020: While there is still much uncertainty with respect to the impacts of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our guests and employees remain our top priority.

UPDATE
– March 18, 2020:  Disney Wonder currently bypassing Mexican ports and sailing to San Diego
For clients currently sailing on the Disney Wonder, Disney Cruise Line has made the decision to bypass both Puerto Vallarta and Cabo San Lucas and head directly to San Diego. The Disney Wonder will now arrive in San Diego on Thursday, March 19, at approximately 7 a.m. Once the ship docks in San Diego, your clients will have two options - they may debark the ship on Thursday and end their cruise a day early, or they may choose to stay onboard and debark on Friday, as originally scheduled. Due to customs regulations and our priority of keeping everyone on board healthy, once guests leave the ship they will not be able to return.

Given this situation, Disney Cruise Line will refund any port taxes and fees due to missed ports to the original form of payment. Any Disney Port Adventures your clients had scheduled in these destinations will be removed from their shipboard account. Additionally, Disney Cruise Line will provide your clients with a 40% discount toward any currently open future sailing, which can be combined with the standard onboard offer as long as your clients take advantage of the onboard offer before they disembark. Travel professionals should call the Contact Center to apply the additional 40% discount after your clients have returned home, as the onboard sales team will not be able to do so.

Due to returning to San Diego a day early, Disney Cruise Line will also provide a 10% voyage refund and a refund of gratuities for the final day of the cruise, regardless of when your clients choose to disembark the ship.

-----------

UPDATE – March 16, 2020:  Temporary cancellation of Disney Cruise Line ship tours
As Disney continues to make changes in response to COVID-19, please note that there will be temporary cancellations of certain travel professional programs. This temporary cancellation applies to Disney Cruise Line ship tours through the end of May.

----------

UPDATE – March 15, 2020: Your clients with Disney Cruise Line reservations from April 13-May 31, 2020 who were given the option of moving to a hold date are now able to book their new sailing within the next 15 months, instead of the previously announced 12 months.

Additionally, those clients will now have 15 months to travel from the time of their original sailing. You will receive a SeaMail for your clients with reservations during that timeframe in the coming days.

-----------

UPDATE – March 14, 2020: Disney Cruise Line to suspend all new departures through and including April 12, update on sailings departing from Canada
In an abundance of caution, Disney Cruise Line will be suspending all new departures through and including April 12.

Disney Cruise Line will offer guests and travel agents with clients sailing on these cruises the choice of a 125% cruise credit to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of their original sail date, or a full refund. If guests or clients select a future cruise credit and are not able to use it, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount they paid in full. Standard prevailing rates will apply for future cruises. For the cancelled cruise departure dates, Disney Cruise Line will protect travel advisor commissions for those reservations that were on the books and paid in full at the time of cancellation.
