10-Day Itinerary for Families with Younger Children
Day 1
Start with the all-time favorite. Spend a day of fantasy at the Magic
Kingdom® Park. If you can, try and fit in a Character
Breakfast or Dinner at one of the Magic Kingdom® Resort Area
Hotels. They're just a quick monorail ride from the Park.
Day 2
Enjoy a relaxed start to the day and spend the morning by the hotel pool.
For an afternoon of discovery, head over to Epcot® then enjoy dinner
at World Showcase. Don't worry, all the restaurants also feature a children's
menu for fussy eaters. Stay on for the evening spectacular, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.
Day 3
Dive into the watery fun of Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.
In the evening, visit Downtown Disney® area for great dining and shopping,
and pay a visit to DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park.
Day 4
Enter the bright lights of the glamourous world of entertainment at the
Disney-MGM Studios. In the evening, you're just a short coach ride
from Disney's BoardWalk entertainment district, where you can find lots of fun places
to eat and play.
Day 5
Soak up the Florida sun and fun at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water
Park. Afterwards, check out all that's on offer at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. They've
got horse riding, a pet's corner zoo, and more.
Day 6
Get an early start and explore Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.
Then when the sun goes down, check out the nightlife at Downtown Disney® area.
Parents can enjoy a grown-up night out on their own at Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island.
After 7p.m. you must be 18 or older to enter, unless acccompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You must be 21 or older to enter Mannequins Dance Palace and BET SoundStage™ Club. You must provide valid photo ID that includes one of the following: U.S. or foreign driver's license, original Passport, or U.S. Military Id. Only those age 21 and over admitted on December 31. Ultimate Park Hopper Ticket and Disney Multi-Day Tickets are not valid on December 31. No admission required to enter restaurants.
Day 7
In the morning, choose between Disney kids clubs, shopping, golfing or
swimming! After lunch, step into the spotlight at Disney-MGM Studios.
Be sure not to miss Fantasmic!
Day 8
With so much still to discover, time to head back to Epcot®. Take
a walk around World Showcase, then where better to cool off than at one
of Disney's Water Parks.
Day 9
Challenge the children at Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf
course. Then, if you need cooling off, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is right
next door, so you have the perfect excuse. In the evening, stroll around
Downtown Disney® Westside and treat yourselves to see La Nouba™ by
Cirque du Soleil® an exclusive show at Walt Disney World® Resort.
Afterwards, stroll around Downtown Disney® Marketplace for those
last minute souvenirs.
Day 10
Return to the Magic Kingdom® Park and that last chance to enjoy
the attractions you missed the first day or ride your favorites one more
time.
